My name is Nicole Bandstra, and I currently live in Monroe with my husband Gabe and our five beautiful children, Lily(11), Lux(8), River(4), Violet(2), and Rowan who hasn't turned 1 yet.  I LOVE being a mother and housewife, but I enjoy working part time helping others feel their best. I graduated from PCM and grew up in Prairie City and Monroe, so I am very excited to grow my business in this community. I graduated from the Iowa College of Natural Health and received my Massage License in 2011. I enjoy helping people and setting goals for their long term health, so massage and body work have always come naturally to me.
